Affiliated Home Health Care is a leading provider of superior quality home health services serving Southeastern Michigan. We have established successful relationships with most area hospitals, both inside and outside of the Detroit Medical Center (DMC). We service thousands of patients throughout the various healthcare organizations. We work in close conjunction with most area HMOs and insurance companies, as well as the Medicare and Medicaid programs.
Our approach to quality is ongoing, and we are committed to being the best in the industry in returning people to the most whole, most functional lives they are capable of after our care.
